Heather and I shared a studio many years ago and, at times, found our work traveling in the same direction. We have maintained friendship and interest in each others work over time and distance. These images have connected and it is a joy to bring it together.

Concord Art Association will be hosting a demonstration of the monotype process, beginning at 10:30am on Wednesday Oct. 9.

I’ll work with the techniques that I’ve been using to produce the blackbird series.

LANDSCAPES – three visions

The exhibit will run from October 18 until December 14 in the Conant Gallery of the Richardson-Mees Performing Arts Center, Lawrence Academy, Groton, MA

Encostic paintings by Sharon Wooding and oil paintings by Jill Pottle are also on exhibit

The gallery is open 8am until 5 pm Monday through Friday
